We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our European Campaigns and Partnerships team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and executing our marketing campaigns across Europe, from campaign briefs to managing vendor relationships to campaign reporting. You’ll work very closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Content, Design, Localisation, Legal, Finance, and more. 

What you’ll do:

• Responsible for day-to-day marketing campaign operations, ensuring our campaigns are live on time, within budget, and accurate to our brand guidelines and standards
• Collaborate closely with EU stakeholders to develop marketing campaign strategies and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that contribute to our commercial goals and the company's overall strategy
• Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, pinpoint opportunities for optimization, and provide insights driven by data
• Own and nourish strong relationships with our various marketing agencies and vendors, including Media Agencies, Media Vendors and Card schemes partners 
• Stays up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies (including AI applications), and provide recommendations for incorporating these tactics into our campaign

You’ll be great for this role if: 

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• You have 2-4 years experience in marketing or project management
• You have experience building successful marketing campaigns/activations 
• You have excellent stakeholder management skills and exceptional communication skills
• You have strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to drive insights and recommendations
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously
• You are fluent in English (Spanish, Italian, or German a plus)
• Experience working in a global or pan-European marketing team is a plus
