The Sr. Marketing Campaign Manager will strategize, execute, and report on integrated, multi-channel campaigns that grow our existing base of suppliers in the AvidPay Network. This role sits on the supplier side of the business — marketing to the suppliers we pay through our network — with a mandate to drive product adoption, deepen supplier relationships, and increase lifetime value across the base.
This is a strategy-first role for someone with an operational mindset — a person who treats every campaign as a hypothesis tied to a measurable outcome, and who improves the engine behind the campaigns (processes, systems, segmentation, reporting), not just the campaigns themselves. The role partners closely with Sales, RevOps, Product, Product Marketing, and Marketing Operations.
What you will doCampaign Strategy & Execution
- Own multi-channel campaigns end to end, inclusive of email, direct mail, and digital — from strategy and planning through execution, A/B testing, and optimization. Tie each program to a clear objective (adoption, conversion, retention, or reactivation) and deliver repeatable, scalable results on deadline.
Increase Payment Product Adoption
- Design lifecycle and upsell programs that move suppliers toward higher-value electronic payment methods and keep them engaged. Partner with Sales as a trusted demand-gen and base-growth partner, and scale new initiatives that drive product adoption.
Marketing Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Own how the function operates, not just what it produces. Find friction in workflows, segmentation, data hygiene, and handoffs, and partner with Marketing Operations and RevOps to improve the underlying infrastructure — campaign architecture, attribution, and reporting — so the team launches faster with less rework.
Forecasting, KPIs & Reporting
- Forecast program performance quarterly with monthly adjustments, continuously optimize KPIs against revenue goals, and clearly communicate results, learnings, and strategy to leadership and executives.
Go-To-Market Planning
- Work cross-functionally to embed processes, messaging, and campaigns into the go-to-market design for new products and offerings from the start.
- Proven success managing multi-faceted marketing programs from planning through completion in a fast-paced B2B environment.
- An operational mindset, with a track record of improving the processes and systems behind the work — not just executing within them.
- Hands-on proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo, Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com), plus the ability to build campaign hierarchies and reports.
- Analytical strength to dissect funnel metrics, optimize campaigns, and recommend the strategies most likely to drive demand and adoption.
- Strong project and budget management, with the ability to run multiple projects at once and deliver on deadline.
- Confident communicator and presenter — virtually and in person, internally and externally — including delivering strategy to senior executives.
Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Skills
We're especially interested in candidates who have grown and monetized an existing customer base rather than only acquiring new logos:
- Payments, merchant services, or treasury management experience at a financial institution or fintech, with a working understanding of electronic payments, card acceptance, and payment economics.
- A history of cross-sell / upsell and relationship deepening within a portfolio of existing accounts, tied to clear adoption or profitability metrics.
- Comfort in process- and data-disciplined environments where operational excellence and continuous improvement are core expectations.
