A Huntsman está buscando um Analista Sênior de Marketing e Desenvolvimento de Negócios para a Divisão ADMAT Américas Brasil localizada em Taboão da Serra, São Paulo.  

Missão da Posição:

Responsável por apoiar o crescimento sustentável dos negócios da Huntsman por meio da análise de mercado, inteligência competitiva, desenvolvimento de negócios e execução de estratégias de marketing de produto.

Atuar de forma integrada com as áreas Comercial, Marketing, Product Management, Pricing, Supply Chain e P&D para identificar oportunidades de crescimento, fortalecer o posicionamento do portfólio, promover inovação e fornecer insights que suportem a tomada de decisão e a expansão dos negócios nas Américas.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Desenvolver e implementar iniciativas alinhadas ao plano regional de marketing e à estratégia global da Huntsman para as Américas.
  • Apoiar o crescimento do negócio por meio da gestão estratégica do portfólio, considerando Produto, Preço, Canais e Promoção (4Ps).
  • Analisar tendências de mercado, movimentações da concorrência e oportunidades de crescimento para suportar decisões estratégicas e comerciais.
  • Desenvolver business cases, projeções e recomendações para aumento de volume, receita e rentabilidade.
  • Liderar ou apoiar projetos de inovação e lançamento de novos produtos por meio da metodologia Stage Gate.
  • Trabalhar de forma integrada com as áreas Comercial, Marketing, Pricing, Supply Chain, P&D e Product Management para garantir o alinhamento das estratégias de mercado.
  • Executar e coordenar ações de promoção e posicionamento do portfólio de produtos, em alinhamento com as estratégias definidas pelas áreas de Marketing e Product Management para as Américas.
  • Construir e manter relacionamentos estratégicos com clientes, distribuidores, associações de classe e demais participantes do mercado, gerando inteligência de mercado e novas oportunidades de negócios.
  • Participar de reuniões comerciais, feiras, congressos e eventos do setor para monitorar tendências, fortalecer o relacionamento com stakeholders e ampliar a presença da Huntsman no mercado.
  • Desenvolver relatórios, dashboards e análises gerenciais para apoiar a tomada de decisão da liderança.
  • Promover treinamentos internos e disseminar conhecimento sobre mercados, aplicações, tendências e oportunidades relevantes para o negócio.

Qualificações

Você deve possuir as qualificações mínimas abaixo para ser inicialmente considerado para esta posição. As qualificações preferenciais são adicionais aos requisitos mínimos e serão consideradas um diferencial na identificação dos melhores candidatos.

Qualificações Mínimas

  • Graduação Completa em Marketing;
  • É um requisito para esta posição Inglês Nível Avançado;
  • Desejável mais de 5+ anos de experiência em cargos de Marketing e Desenvolvimento de Negócios;
  • Desejável ter mais de 2+ anos de experiência na indústria química ou em setores industrial, de energia, aeroespacial e de revestimentos.

Marketing & Business Development Senior Analyst

Huntsman is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Senior Analyst for the ADMAT Americas Brazil Division, located in Taboão da Serra, São Paulo.

Position Mission

Responsible for supporting the sustainable growth of Huntsman’s business through market analysis, competitive intelligence, business development, and the execution of product marketing strategies.

Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Pricing, Supply Chain, and R&D teams to identify growth opportunities, strengthen the portfolio’s positioning, promote innovation, and provide insights that support decisionmaking and business expansion in the Americas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement initiatives aligned with the regional marketing plan and Huntsman’s global strategy for the Americas.
  • Support business growth through strategic portfolio management, considering Product, Price, Channels, and Promotion (the 4Ps).
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and growth opportunities to support strategic and commercial decisions.
  • Develop business cases, projections, and recommendations to increase volume, revenue, and profitability.
  • Lead or support innovation projects and new product launches using the Stage-Gate methodology.
  • Work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Supply Chain, R&D, and Product Management teams to ensure alignment of market strategies.
  • Execute and coordinate promotional and positioning initiatives for the product portfolio, in alignment with the strategies defined by the Marketing and Product Management departments for the Americas.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with customers, distributors, trade associations, and other market participants, generating market intelligence and new business opportunities.
  • Participate in sales meetings, trade shows, conferences, and industry events to monitor trends, strengthen relationships with stakeholders, and expand Huntsman’s market presence.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and management analyses to support leadership decision-making.
  • Conduct internal training and share knowledge about markets, applications, trends, and opportunities relevant to the business.

Qualifications  

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. 
 
The candidate must have an unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in Brazil. 

Minimum Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing;
  • Advanced English proficiency is a requirement for this position.
  • Preferably more than 5+ years of experience in marketing and business development roles;
  • Preferably more than 2+ years of experience in the chemical industry or in the industrial, energy, aerospace, and coatings sectors.
