Responsibilities
- Develop and execute complex automated campaigns in Eloqua and other platforms based on campaign briefs and media plans
- Incorporate targeting, personalization, segmentation and dynamic content to achieve optimal campaign outcomes
- Optimize email performance through A/B testing
- Ensure error-free campaign implementation with consistent QC (quality control) processes and testing for all email deployments
- Utilize creative assets to create multi-channel campaigns, and ensure the right creative assets are delivered at the right time to the right people with all personalized elements programmed correctly
- Collaborates with key partners to build journeys and interactions that align with campaign strategy and drive engagement and leads
- Monitor KPIs and evaluate campaign metrics to make recommendations to optimize campaign journeys to create efficiencies and improve overall performance
- Integrate marketing automation with CRM platforms to ensure a seamless flow of data
- Schedule release and initiates go-live across channels upon campaign approval
- Implement campaign automation and develop seamless integration across channels / platforms
- Collaborate with and leverage third-party agencies in the execution of campaigns
- Evaluate and leverage emerging technology and vendor support to improve campaign performance
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in campaign automation participating in educational opportunities
- Assist with the development of training resources for new and existing users on the Marketing Automation platform and related processes
- Create and maintain supporting technical documents pertaining to platform and process
Qualifications/Education
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline
- 5+ years of marketing experience managing complex multimedia campaigns in the financial services industry
- Expert in the use of Eloqua and other marketing automation platforms
- Eloqua Oracle Marketing Cloud Certified preferred
- Proficient in HTML and CSS
- Strong understanding of compliance, legal and regulatory requirements impacting media and the collection and use of data
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising marketing journeys that engage, inform, and motivate
- Agility, sense of urgency, ability to resolve issues with limited supervision
- Demonstrate ability to multi-task, prioritize and effectively manage within a deadline-driven and complex environment
- Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide data-driven strategic recommendations
- Able to independently identify opportunities and implement initiatives without direction
- Ability to build trust and strong working relationships with stakeholders and vendors
- Professionally driven to learn more about the business lines we serve and grow knowledge and capabilities within the organization and industry
