Part-Time Marketing Automation Specialist (20 hrs/week)

We are a fully remote and impactful team working across Europe and North America. For this role we are currently looking for someone based in the US in one of the following states: California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, Oregon, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia and Washington.
About the Role:
The Marketing Automation Specialist will be part of the team responsible for the development, building, testing, and oversight of impactful marketing campaigns and automations. This role demands a collaborative approach to coordinate various teams and manage a wide range of marketing activities, ensuring they align with our company’s goals.
General Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Genesis Digital's email marketing automations, including email building, testing, and deployment, as well as building multi-touch customer lifecycle journeys
- Analyze and optimize the performance of marketing automations and sequences as well as understand the use of analytics to pinpoint where something may have become broken, troubleshooting to determine the root cause and optimal path to resolution.
- Create and manage landing pages, websites, checkout pages, email sequences and broadcasts, and sales funnels for WebinarJam and EverWebinar
- Maintain a high standard of quality assurance and ensure company branding guidelines are followed
- Keep backups and perform maintenance as required on all digital properties
- Upon release of new features, follow through with testing to ensure accuracy and functionality at a user level.
- Manage, test, troubleshoot product listings, price points and promotional pricing changes for WebinarJam and EverWebinar
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Kartra and/or WJ/EW
- Experience with SEO or website builders is a plus
Professional and technical knowledge:
- Proficient in CRM tools, A/B testing, or marketing automations
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
