As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will support the execution and optimization of automated workflows for email and in-product messaging (IPM) campaigns. You will work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure scalable, data-driven automation programs that enhance customer engagement and retention.
Key ResponsibilitiesAutomation Execution & Campaign ManagementBuild, test, and deploy automated email and IPM campaigns, ensuring accuracy and alignment with best practices.
Implement workflows for lead nurturing, engagement, and reactivation programs.
Monitor campaign performance and proactively resolve technical or operational issues.
Support the management of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, or Pardot).
Ensure seamless data integration between marketing automation tools and CRM (e.g., Salesforce).
Maintain segmentation lists and improve targeting strategies.
Assist in A/B testing and performance tracking for automated workflows.
Analyze key metrics (open rates, conversion rates, engagement trends) and recommend optimizations.
Document automation processes and create basic playbooks for internal stakeholders.
Ensure email and automation programs comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy regulations.
Perform quality checks to validate campaign setup and data inputs.
2+ years of experience in marketing automation, email marketing, or digital marketing.
Hands-on experience with Marketo, HubSpot, or similar automation platforms.
Familiarity with CRM integration (e.g., Salesforce) and data segmentation.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email troubleshooting.
Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
Exposure to localization workflows for multilingual campaigns.
Understanding of lifecycle marketing strategies.
This role is ideal for someone looking to deepen their expertise in marketing automation while working in a dynamic, data-driven marketing team.
Please note that anyone hired into this position must be physically located in and plan to work from Mexico City (CDMX) or Mexico State (Estado de Mexico).
Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
