Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to manage the execution, optimization, and continuous improvement of our marketing automation programs using Marketo. This role will partner closely with Regional Marketing Teams, Digital Operations, Creative, and Content teams to build and deploy scalable, high-performing campaigns that deliver exceptional customer experiences and measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate combines strong Marketo expertise with hands-on campaign execution, process optimization, data management, and a passion for improving marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities
Build, execute, and maintain marketing automation campaigns, including email programs, landing pages, forms, nurture programs, and event campaigns using Marketo.
Develop, test, and deploy responsive email communications while ensuring quality, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility.
Leverage Marketo capabilities including tokens, snippets, dynamic content, segmentation, smart campaigns, and program templates to improve efficiency and consistency.
Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Creative, Digital, and Sales teams to gather requirements and deliver campaigns on time.
Partner with web teams to support form integrations, landing pages, and customer journey optimization.
Ensure campaign assets comply with brand standards, UX guidelines, privacy requirements, and marketing best practices.
Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization based on engagement, lead generation, and conversion metrics.
Support lead lifecycle management, CRM integration, data quality, and campaign reporting.
Develop and maintain campaign documentation, execution processes, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
Train and support internal stakeholders on Marketo capabilities, campaign requirements, and content best practices.
Stay current with Marketo features, marketing automation trends, and digital marketing best practices to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
4–6 years of experience in marketing automation, email marketing, or digital campaign execution.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo Engage (required).
Experience integrating Marketo with CRM platforms such as Salesforce is preferred.
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email development; JavaScript knowledge is a plus.
Understanding of lead management, segmentation, customer journeys, nurture programs, and marketing automation best practices.
Experience with landing pages, forms, email testing, and campaign QA.
Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance.
Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
Expertise in Marketo program architecture and scalable campaign design.
Knowledge of marketing operations, lead scoring, lifecycle management, and data governance.
