ADI Global Distribution is currently seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist to play a critical role in designing, building and optimizing our end-to-end lead generation engine across our EMEA markets. This is a temporary role for a duration of one year. You will be responsible for building, managing and optimizing the automation layer that underpins our lead generation strategy. Working closely with Lead Generation, Internal Sales and Regional Marketing teams, you will ensure that all automations, triggers and nurture programs are effectively deployed to move prospects through the lead funnel – from MQL to SQL, conversion and customer activation (first and second purchase), through to re-engagement of lapsed and dormant customers.
JOB DUTIES:
- Build and execute automated nurture programs, drip campaigns and lifecycle journeys across MQL, SQL, New Customer, Active Customer and Lapsed stages
- Translate Lead Generation strategy and ICP targeting into scalable automation workflows, segmentation and campaign execution within Marketo and Iterable
- Partner with Lead Generation Coordinators to develop and activate target lists, ICP-based segmentation and audience strategies to support prospect to SQL progression
- Develop and maintain behavioral and time-based trigger logic to support engagement, conversion and activation
- Support orchestration between marketing automation and internal sales activity through defined triggers and handoff points
- Manage and maintain lead flow routing and lifecycle progression within Salesforce and marketing platforms
- Build and optimize automation to support conversion, including form journeys, abandonment flows and reminder programs
- Support activation programs that drive first and second purchase through automated onboarding and engagement journeys
- Execute campaigns and workflows within Marketo and Iterable including segmentation, dynamic audiences and personalization
- Ensure accurate integration and data flow between our marketing platforms and Salesforce working with our Salesforce Admin team
- Maintain data quality through list management, segmentation accuracy and governance best practices
- Support implementation and refinement of lead scoring models aligned to lifecycle stages
- Monitor campaign and journey performance, identifying optimization opportunities across engagement, conversion and activation
- Conduct A/B testing across messaging, timing and channels to improve performance outcomes
- Partner with Internal Sales and Regional Marketing team to align automation with campaign and funnel objectives and local relevance and language

- Minimum 2+ years' experience in Marketing Automation or Marketing/Campaign Operations
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Marketo, Iterable and Salesforce
- Experience building automated workflows, nurture programs and trigger-based campaigns
- Understanding of lead lifecycle processes, ICP targeting and CRM integration
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Marketo certification is highly desired
- Experience working alongside lead generation teams and supporting prospect to SQL strategies
- Experience working alongside sales teams and supporting lead handoff processes
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using GA4, Marketo reporting, Iterable insights or similar
- Experience in multi-channel automation including email and web
- Detail-orientated approach with a focus on quality and optimization
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
