The Marketing and Communications Marketing Automation Specialist works within an in-house agency - the M&C Hub, to provide on-demand marketing automation support to the global organization. In this role, you will execute marketing automation campaigns and support marketing activities within an established team environment, working under the guidance of experienced specialists and managers.
As an early-career professional, you will contribute to email marketing campaigns, lead management, and campaign execution across the Marketo platform and related systems. You will work closely with the other Marketing Automation Specialists and senior team members to develop your expertise in marketing automation while delivering quality marketing activities that support global demand generation.
A successful Marketing Automation Specialist must demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has excellent written and spoken English, a keen attention to detail, and a genuine interest in developing their skills in marketing automation within a supportive team setting.
What you will do
- Execute email marketing campaigns and marketing activities within the Marketo platform
- Support lead management and campaign execution across marketing automation platforms
- Assist with campaign quality assurance, testing, and reporting
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand campaign requirements and deliver results
- Manage multiple marketing tasks and priorities in a structured environment
- Provide accurate campaign reporting and basic web analytics insights
- Participate in campaign planning and execution under senior guidance
- Support the onboarding and training of marketing automation processes and best practices
You will bring
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, marketing support, or a related field
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a proactive mindset
- Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals
- Experience executing marketing campaigns
- Project management fundamentals, including time and task management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Comfort communicating with internal stakeholders
- Demonstrated learning agility and ability to quickly learn new tools and processes
- Basic understanding of web analytics and campaign reporting
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices
- Experience with lead management and audience segmentation
