Fiverr is looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to join our Growth Team.
We’re looking for someone who will be responsible for promoting and supporting acquisition and retention projects & tasks in multiple languages and in multiple regions, aimed to increase the retention and conversion rates, influence uplifts of customer value and engagement rates.
This person will be responsible for the company user engagement platform, including omnichannel and multi-platform campaign and user-journey set-up and optimization, creating and maintaining landing pages, data implementation, KPI reports and monitoring.
We are looking for a technical, innovative, and results-driven person, with a passion for marketing technology.
- At least 1-2 years of experience with HTML & CSS and responsive design coding
- Familiarity with CMS concepts
- At least 2 years of experience with email marketing
- Hands-on experience with campaign management/engagement platforms
- Understanding data system concepts, databases, BI
- Familiarity with multi-lingual campaigns - an advantage
- Experience with back-end development - an advantage
- Experience writing SQL - an advantage
- Experience in a B2B SaaS company - an advantage
- High level of English - a must
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and perform under pressure
