Job SummaryAssists in development of overall marketing automation infrastructure. Focusing on the Credit Unions demand generation efforts related to product and service growth.
Responsible for developing and maintaining automation data feeds, mapping, system connections, trouble shooting and report building. Ensures database integration and hygiene and enhances existing or develops new automation campaigns within Eloqua or Salesforce. Must
be proficient with the Eloqua, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or like systems.

SCHEDULE
Full-Time
To be effective, an individual must be able to perform each job duty successfully.
- Executes marketing plans and best practices for the Eloqua / Salesforce Marketing Automation infrastructure including; lead scoring, profiling and segmentation, system integration, data hygiene, optimization, troubleshooting and reporting with existing and new systems.
- Defines, implements and maintains marketing automation best practices including; data quality and hygiene, list management, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Participates in cross-functional teams providing technical expertise on issues involving sales and marketing tools and databases. Models engagement milestones and buying cycles that shape our prospect, nurturing, and expansion campaigns
- Manages large data sets to monitor, maintain, and enhance data quality within the marketing systems.
- Evaluates new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
- Analyzes marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization of various marketing channels, campaigns, and marketing/sales funnel performance strategy and execution.
- May manage execution for email and SMS campaigns in support of various programs.
- May maintain SMS system and ensures TCPA compliance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIE

Experience
- 5 years of experience in marketing automation and database management (high-tech campaign design, integrated marketing and demand generation). Salesforce.com experience a plus.
- 3 years of experience in project management experience.
- Track record of performance excellence meeting targets and objectives
- Working knowledge and experience with quantitative analysis, statistics, etc.
- Experience in data and analytics management, including the use of predictive modeling to develop accurate market and product forecasts.
- Ability to analyze business needs and formulate them into effective marketing strategies
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Information Technology or related field.
Licenses, Certificates, Registrations
- Eloqua or Marketo Certification preferred
- Salesforce Certified Database Administrator preferred
- Adobe Analytics Certification preferred
Computer/Office Equipment Skills
Solid experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex data issues
