Job Description
The Role:
As a Marketing Automation & Growth Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing our marketing campaigns, managing databases, and streamlining workflows to improve efficiency and performance. You'll be responsible for leveraging automation tools, running Google Ads, improving UI for better user engagement, and working with data to drive smarter marketing decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Marketing Automation & Workflows – Design and implement automated marketing workflows using tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Zapier.
- Database Management – Organize, segment, and analyze customer and lead databases to improve targeting and personalization.
- Google Ads – Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to boost conversions and ROI.
- UI/UX Collaboration – Collaborate with design and development teams to enhance landing pages and user experiences for improved engagement and conversion rates.
- CRM & Lead Nurturing – Develop strategies for lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing to increase conversions.
- Performance Tracking & Analytics – Monitor marketing performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for ongoing optimization.
- Email Marketing & Campaigns – Create, automate, and optimize email sequences to improve engagement and retention.
- SEO & Content Strategy – Work together on SEO strategies and content marketing initiatives to promote organic growth.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, automation, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and PPC strategies.
- Familiarity with databases, CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), and lead nurturing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data visualization tools.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles and conversion rate optimization.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: Experience with API integrations, AI-driven marketing tools, or coding knowledge (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
