The Marketing Associate is a vital member of Bell’s Marketing team, supporting the execution of marketing initiatives across property transitions, lease-ups, and active portfolios. This role serves as both a hands-on contributor and a growth opportunity — designed to prepare you for advancement into Account Management and other key marketing leadership paths.
As a Marketing Associate, you’ll manage a small portfolio of communities while assisting Account Managers with broader property support, reporting, and client deliverables. You’ll also play a central role in managing marketing support tickets, maintaining systems, and developing reports that help drive transparency and results across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Portfolio & Account Support
Manage a small portfolio of assigned properties, ensuring all marketing activities align with Bell’s standards and performance goals.
Support Account Managers with marketing deliverables, client reporting, and campaign execution.
Develop and maintain quarterly property reports (QPRs) for client presentations, using data to summarize results and key insights.
Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure marketing tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Respond to and resolve onsite marketing support tickets, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely completion and clear communication.
Marketing Operations
Help manage the Marketing Help Desk, ensuring tickets are accurately assigned, tracked, and closed in a timely manner.
Maintain and organize Bell’s digital asset library (MediaValet), ensuring photos and marketing materials meet brand standards.
Assist with data tracking, billing, and other administrative processes that support marketing efficiency and compliance.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve collaboration across teams.
Support the rollout and adoption of internal tools and systems, including project management and reporting platforms.
Approach projects with an entrepreneurial mindset proposing solutions, anticipating challenges, and driving outcomes.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role (multifamily experience preferred).
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with marketing platforms and tools such as CMS, CRM, and analytics dashboards.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
Confident working across departments and managing vendor relationships.
Positive, collaborative attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within a high-performing marketing organization.
