Marketing Associate - Portfolio Marketing
Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative Marketing Associate to join our Property Portfolio Marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior-level marketing professional to gain hands-on experience across multiple disciplines while supporting campaigns and initiatives spanning digital marketing, creative production, performance analytics, and day-to-day operational needs for our property portfolio.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a passion for real estate and marketing, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment. This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow while gaining exposure to a wide range of marketing functions.
- Support the execution of property marketing initiatives, including campaign setup, brand rollouts, signage coordination, and collateral development
- Assist with the management and review of digital marketing performance across paid media, SEO, and ILS channels
- Help track and report on key metrics related to traffic, lead generation, conversion, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
- Collaborate with creative team members and agency partners to coordinate asset requests, brand templates, and approvals
- Provide operational support to leasing and onsite teams, troubleshooting marketing inquiries, platform needs, or brand-related requests
- Assist in organizing and maintaining property-level marketing documentation, calendars, trackers, and reporting dashboards
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to stay aligned on leasing performance, campaign outcomes, and key business priorities
- Conduct competitive and market research to support campaign strategy and property positioning
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve marketing support across the portfolio
- 1–3+ years of marketing experience, required in multifamily real estate
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and timelines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), Google Workspace, and comfortable navigating digital platforms
- Familiarity with marketing analytics, digital channels (paid search, SEO, social), or CRM/ILS platforms is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Estimated Rate of Pay:
$30.28 - $34.61
This position is non-exempt; the range above reflects hourly rates.
The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements:

* Pay range is a calculation based on a midpoint price. Fairfield complies with all wage and hour laws, including minimum wage and salary exempt requirements.
