Marketing Associate

FUNCTIONThe Marketing Associate will support Standard Nuclear’s efforts to scale brand awareness and market presence by helping to design, implement, and measure effective marketing strategies. This role involves a blend of campaign execution, content creation, event coordination, and market research. The Marketing Associate will work closely with the New York-based marketing team and collaborate with the Oak Ridge, TN office to align marketing initiatives with company goals. This role requires creativity, strong organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
RESPONSIBILITIESCampaign & Content DevelopmentAssist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to raise awareness of Standard Nuclear’s mission and solutions.
Create engaging content for digital channels, including social media, websites, and email newsletters.
Manage and update marketing materials to ensure brand consistency across platforms.
Coordinate logistics for industry events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
Support partnerships with external vendors, agencies, or media outlets.
Represent Standard Nuclear at events when needed, ensuring professional and effective brand presence.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and opportunities.
Track campaign performance metrics and prepare reports to optimize future initiatives.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations and leadership, to align marketing with company milestones.
Contribute fresh ideas to enhance Standard Nuclear’s visibility and reputation in the clean energy space.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in technology, energy, or related industries.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or social media platforms).
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for branding and storytelling.
Experience managing multiple projects with strong organizational skills.
Creative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Willingness to travel (~10%) for events and cross-office collaboration.
Familiarity with the energy or advanced technology sector is a plus but not required.
