Skillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support our marketing initiatives and help strengthen our brand presence.

In this role, you will assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns, promotional initiatives, market research, and brand development projects. You will work closely with team members across different areas of the organization to help ensure marketing activities are organized, effective, and aligned with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Support the development of marketing materials, presentations, and brand communications.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Help coordinate marketing projects, timelines, and campaign deliverables.
• Analyze campaign results and assist with preparing performance reports.
• Maintain organized marketing records, materials, and internal documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support company initiatives and business objectives.
• Assist with customer and market research to better understand audience needs.
• Contribute creative ideas for brand development and promotional strategies.
• Support events, partnerships, outreach initiatives, and other marketing activities as needed.
