As a Marketing Associate on Stryker’s Upper Extremity team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of shoulder arthroplasty by supporting two of the most innovative solutions in the market: our advanced Shoulder ID implant system and Blueprint, our powerful digital planning and surgical guidance platform. You will help bring these technologies to life by creating high‑impact sales tools, strengthening field resources, and driving deeper engagement with our digital solutions. In this role, you’ll collaborate with world‑class marketers, surgeons, product leaders, and field teams who are united by a passion for improving surgical outcomes. You will support key launches, influence go‑to‑market strategies, and help ensure our products show up with excellence in every customer conversation. What You Will Do

  • Build strong commercial acumen by supporting key pricing and marketing initiatives that prepare you for future growth within the organization.
  • Drive adoption of Blueprint and other pricing excellence tools by creating clear communication, training materials, and ongoing user support.
  • Assist in executing integrated sales and marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs that increase engagement and effectiveness.
  • Provide high‑quality sales support by resolving inquiries and ensuring account managers and customers receive accurate and timely information.
  • Support tradeshow and event activities including planning, logistics, and on‑site coordination to promote pricing initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain sales tools and resources while educating teams on how to use them to elevate field performance.
  • Partner with in‑field sales teams to understand needs, gather insights, and deliver the messaging and materials required for success.
  • Help shape and execute offense tactics that advance pricing excellence initiatives and identify opportunities to leverage cross‑team synergies.
  • Coordinate and support education programs, clinical engagements, workshops, and internal events that reinforce pricing strategy and capability building.

What You Need

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 0+ years of work experience

Preferred

  • Internship experience related to marketing, sales, and/or healthcare 

Travel Percentage: 30%
