REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Native or fluent Spanish speaker with excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing roles
- Proven ability to build rapport, conduct discovery, and engage in relationship-based selling
- Ability to work independently in an emerging market while coordinating with U.S.-based teams
- Comfortable traveling 20–30% across LATAM for events and customer meetings.
- Strong organizational skills with experience using CRM systems (Salesforce or HubSpot preferred)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to create structure, processes, and local insights from scratch
