Marketing Assistant

Axis has something great to offer! An exciting curricular position as Marketing Assistant (working student – 15-20 hours / week) in our Ismaning office (near to Munich) in Germany.

As a Marketing Assistant, you will be part of the Marketing team in Germany as well as the Middle Europe (DACH & BNL) marketing team.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of Axis, a rapidly growing IT company with a global presence. Our products and solutions focus on security surveillance and remote monitoring based on innovative, modern, and open technology platforms. You will be part of a highly competent sales organization for Middle Europe (DACH and Benelux) with 90+ employees.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As our Marketing Assistant, you’ll get real, hands-on experience in everything from marketing and communications to and some sales-related activities — giving you a 360° view of our strategy and operations. You’ll be part of a team that works on events, digital campaigns, content creation, and data management—giving you a full picture of how our strategy comes together.

You’ll support the marketing team in daily tasks and team up with the Sales team to keep data clean and processes efficient. You’ll also join regional meetings and collaborate with colleagues across Middle Europe and the EMEA region.

Event Marketing

• Support and promotion of the Axis Events in close collaboration with the Channel marketing specialists and the Sales Teams in Germany
• Support in organization and management of events, including webinars together with the Integrated marketing specialist and Channel marketing specialist
• Performance analysis & feedback

Communication

• Collaborating with our Communications team, checking translations and product data sheets
• Supporting the revision and control of content for the blog and newsroom
• Direct mailing campaigns to existing customers and prospects, newsletters management (Pardot)
• Support on digital marketing and social media management activities
• Participation to the implementation of EMEA, regional and local marketing campaigns

Other activities

• Data cleaning, processing and enhancement in our CRM (Salesforce)
• Monitoring the marketing warehouse containing goodies and material for events

Your role will require to interact with external suppliers. Limited travel within Germany, may be required

Qualifications:

• Student in Marketing, Communication, Media, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• Initial experience in social media management or content creation is advantageous
• writing skills in German and English, knowledge of French is an advantage.
• Creativity, a sense for trends, and a strong affinity for digital media
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other graphic/video editing tools is beneficial
• Independent and structured working style as well as team spirit
