Who we’re looking for
We are seeking a Marketing Assistant in a full-time role in our Sheung Wan office.
Responsibilities (subject to skills and business needs at the time)
- Upload and publish new products and content to the website
- Manage product samples, including organizing, tracking, and maintaining sample records
- Coordinate content translation for website, email, and advertising materials
- Upload and launch ads in digital advertising platforms
- Load email content into the email marketing platform and schedule sends
- Set up and schedule SMS/text message campaigns
- Update website banners, landing pages, and promotional content as needed
- Support product launches and seasonal campaign execution
Qualifications
- Professionally fluent in English
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Confident using technology
- Reliable and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills
