Concept and develop original jewelry collections from initial sketches through production samples. Create technical drawings and spec sheets, select materials, review and approve samples, maintain archives, present concepts, analyze defect and return data, and coordinate with production, operations, art direction, and web teams to meet launch requirements.

Design jewellery aligned with brand guidelines, propose collections and launch timing, review and iterate physical samples with factories, coordinate sampling with production, and contribute to UX, packaging, retail experience, and visual merchandising. Use AI tools to increase speed and quality while collaborating across brand and content teams.

Manage inventory forecasting, procurement, and inbound logistics; optimize supply chain costs and lead times; reconcile supplier billings and support pricing decisions; liaise with 3PLs to ensure efficient fulfillment and returns processes.

Manage order uploads to 3PLs, maintain webshop content, organize and upload ad content to social platforms, coordinate translations, and assist with influencer shipments and inbound logistics from factories to 3PLs.

Support the marketing team in Hong Kong by managing the merchandising calendar, creating visual and written content for email, SMS and social, building email cadence and segmentation, monitoring and improving website experience, preparing and editing images/videos, uploading products/content, coordinating photo/video production and translations.

Support and optimize email, SMS, WhatsApp, and on-site merchandising via CRM data analysis, A/B testing, technical troubleshooting, project-managing CRM/website changes, and collaborating with marketing and design teams to improve digital marketing performance.

Coordinate and execute localization for Linjer's e-commerce: manage translations, upload localized webshop content and social ads, organize vendor work (SEO writers, translators), and partner with merchandising to optimize country-specific experiences.
