Job Description:
Job Mission:

Provide assistance and support to the business development & marketing team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

Execute administrative tasks to facilitate the successful completion of helicopter sales campaigns.
-
Act as the primary liaison for the regional marketing team, and coordinate the implementation of marketing and communication strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Offers & Sales
-
Assist in preparing basic documentation for sales campaigns.
-
Support the preparation and review of bids and tenders.
-
Monitor helicopter sales warranties, support & services and training credits.
-
Aid in the helicopter delivery and acceptance processes.
-
Coordinate and schedule meetings with customers and prospects.
-
Perform additional tasks as required by the department.
Marketing & Communications
-
Analysis of helicopter fleet in the Philippines
-
Research prospects and leads
-
In coordination with the region, develop new marketing tools and materials
-
Develop and conduct exhaustive market research analysis (EMS, O&G and Mining)
-
Take lead in organizing company events
-
Gather and monitor customer fleet evolution
-
Analysis of competitors
Customer relation
-
Take lead in organizing customer visits at the facility.
Ad hoc tasks
-
Other tasks as may be required by the department
Education:
-
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business and/or Engineering
-
Languages: English local language is a plus
-
With at least 6 months experience
