PlusMinusOne is a mobile startup studio that focuses on developing and marketing its own apps that are used and loved by millions of people around the world. Our products collectively reach more than a half-million new users every month in the US market alone. Our team works in hybrid model with offices in San Francisco and Istanbul.
We have been building mobile products focused on Business, Photo & Video, and Education categories in the App Store mainly for the US market since 2016. And in each of these categories, our goal is the same: provide actual value to people with the best mobile user experience.
We’re in an exciting period of growth and are looking for exceptional Marketing Art Intern who will help us shape the future of mobile
What we are looking for:
- 3rd or 4th-year student in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design or related field
- Interest in graphic design, with the ability to create visuals for social media and creative banners
- Willingness to support both app-focused and brand-related design projects
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and an interest in learning video ad creative production
- Familiarity with AI tools/models and the ability to use them in creative workflows
- Interest in video production, with willingness to participate in shoots and learn hands-on
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for content creation, especially short-form and performance-driven creatives
- Strong interest in mobile apps and the mobile ecosystem
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a fast-paced environment
Your responsibilities will be:
- Design visual assets for mobile app marketing, including social media creatives and performance-driven banners
- Support the creation of engaging ad creatives for user acquisition campaigns
- Assist in the production of video ad creatives, including editing and motion design
- Collaborate with the Growth and Marketing teams to develop creative concepts
- Participate in in-house shoots and support basic video production processes
- Contribute to both app-focused and brand-related design projects when needed
- Experiment with AI tools to enhance creative production and workflows
- Stay up to date with design trends, especially in mobile-first and performance marketing
