Design complete mobile user interfaces from wireframes, including layouts, color, typography, UI elements, micro-interactions, and icons. Build reusable design workflows, components, prompts, and systems; establish design standards; collaborate with product, marketing, engineering, and QA teams; identify product improvements from user feedback; and stay current with mobile design and AI-tooling trends.

Define and prioritize product opportunities for mobile apps, validate ideas through AI-assisted prototyping and continuous experiments, and own product strategy, roadmap, user experience, and lifecycle from ideation through launch. The role requires close collaboration with engineering, design, data, growth, and AI agents while using analytics, market trends, and user insights to guide decisions.

Develop and ship native iOS applications using Swift with AI-assisted engineering workflows. Own code quality, architecture, testing, CI/CD, security, and third-party SDK integrations. Build development tooling, automation, and agent workflows; review AI- and human-generated code; guide non-engineering teams using AI; contribute to technical design and agile product development; and evaluate emerging AI models and tools.

Build and operate scalable backend services for mobile and web products using Node.js and TypeScript. Responsibilities include REST API development, third-party integrations, Kubernetes deployments, production monitoring, debugging, event and data pipeline work, code reviews, planning, mentoring, and cross-team technical initiatives.

Create engaging video ads, motion graphics, and marketing imagery for mobile apps. Produce and adjust video ad assets, optimize workflows with templates, track trends, and collaborate with the growth team to drive user acquisition.

Create visual assets for mobile app marketing, including social media content, banners, and user acquisition ads. Assist with video editing, motion design, in-house shoots, and basic video production. Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams on creative concepts, support app and brand projects, experiment with AI tools, and follow mobile-first and performance marketing design trends.

Lead end-to-end HR and People & Culture functions including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, performance management, employee engagement, L&D coordination, HR operations and payroll coordination, compliance with labor law, employee relations, workplace and facilities management, vendor/procurement oversight, and people metrics to inform leadership.
