Overview
The Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Centred on data-driven technologies and innovation, this team provides consulting, marketing, loyalty and analytics to financial institutions and merchants globally. Marketing Services is the team within Services that develops and executes the marketing programs that help our clients achieve their marketing goals. The Advisors Creative Desk sits within D&S and is responsible for ideating and creating engaging, forward-thinking, on-brand content solutions that connect our advertising partners, platforms, and our portfolio of brands.
As Creative Digital Developer you must have a passion for craft and a meticulous eye for detail across every digital touchpoint. You will combine strong design sensibility with hands-on development skills, relish working in a fast-paced environment, and be able to bring creative concepts to life across email, web, and digital advertising. You will have a solid command of front-end build, modern design tools, and brand systems, along with a clear understanding of how to deliver pixel-perfect, accessible, on-brand experiences at scale. To excel in this role, you need to pair technical fluency with creative judgment, manage multiple deliverables simultaneously, and maintain superior attention to quality and consistency. To succeed in this dynamic environment, knowledge of UI and UX design, responsive and client-friendly static and animated HTML development, and excellent time management skills are essential.
Role
Design and develop responsive HTML email campaigns, ensuring compatibility across major email clients, including Outlook.
Create and maintain HTML5 digital advertising assets (static and animated), campaign landing pages, and interactive marketing experiences.
Design premium user interfaces and digital experiences that align with Mastercard's brand standards and customer experience objectives.
Maintain design consistency across multiple digital touchpoints through adherence to brand guidelines and design systems.
Ensure all deliverables meet accessibility, quality assurance, performance, and brand compliance standards.
All About You
Extensive experience in digital design, creative development, marketing production, or related creative technology roles.
Minimum 5 years of experience ideally within advertising or creative agencies.
Advanced proficiency in Figma, Google Web Designer (GWD), and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
Expert knowledge of HTML and CSS, including responsive design principles and email development best practices.
Experience creating HTML email templates and digital marketing assets for enterprise-scale organizations or global brands.
Strong understanding of user experience principles, interaction design, visual hierarchy, typography, and accessibility standards.
Experience producing creative assets across multiple channels, including web, email, social media, and presentations.
Familiarity with AI-assisted creative workflows, generative AI platforms, and prompt engineering techniques.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
