Marketing & Sales Manager__
We are currently looking for candidates for the position of Sales Specialist. The person in this role will be responsible for cooperating with clients in the sale of medium-voltage systems and equipment, as well as providing technical advisory support in the energy and industrial sectors.
Location: Warsaw, Łódź, Lublin
Responsibilities:Establishing contact with clients and building as well as maintaining long-term relationships in the assigned region of central-eastern Poland.
Achieving budget targets for individual medium-voltage (MV) system solutions and MV equipment.
Planning, forecasting, and reporting sales based on customer needs and requirements.
Taking responsibility for the sales process at every stage, including preparing technical and commercial offers, negotiating contracts, and handing over awarded contracts for execution.
Promoting the offered portfolio at industry conferences and trade fairs, as well as providing technical advice and support to customers.
Higher technical education – preferably Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Automation, or Energy Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience working with MV and HV (medium- and high-voltage) solutions.
Ability to quickly learn and understand modern technologies and technical solutions.
Proactive approach to solving technical issues.
Independence and a strong sense of responsibility for assigned tasks.
Category B driving license.
Willingness to travel frequently for business (approximately 75% of working time).
Fluent Polish and communicative level of English.
