The Marketing and sales lead will serve as the primary point of contact for key regional customers, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs. This individual will focus on onboarding, scaling, and growing key customers and managing their E2E campaigns to drive the growth and success of their Retail media networks across Latin America.
Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship and Sales Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in Mexico and, in the future, in the rest of Latin America. Understand customer needs, pain points, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities. Lead and support regional sales efforts, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing deals.
- Marketing Strategy and Media Management: Develop and manage their media campaigns from planning to execution and reporting. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies in Mexico and Latin America markets. Collaborate with the Product team within Qsic to influence the product strategy based on customer feedback.
- Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture. May manage a team providing guidance and mentorship.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of marketing and sales experience, focusing on B2B or technology industries.
- Experience with Retail, Retail Media, and advertising.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and account management.
- Native Spanish speaker and being fluent in English is essential.
- Experience working in Mexico and across the Latin America region is preferred.
