The Global Head of Operations at QSIC will build and scale operations for their intelligent audio platform, leading global teams, managing installations, overseeing customer support, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple regions.

Lead day-to-day finance operations and close across multiple entities, own ASC 606 revenue recognition, tax and audit readiness, build systems/controls and scale a distributed team, support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, deal modeling, and capital allocation toward Series C.

L2 Technical Support Engineer owns escalated in-store device cases end-to-end: troubleshoot Linux-based edge devices, networking, cloud connectivity, and Salesforce case data; support new-store rollouts and BAU fleet health; run/adapt diagnostic scripts; document findings, contribute runbooks, and escalate to L3 with clear artifacts.

Lead retail media go-to-market and global expansion, build retailer marketing function and scalable GTM playbook, run partner-facing campaigns, enable sales, and own market intelligence across LATAM, EMEA and other markets.

Sole in-house legal counsel responsible for commercial contracts, corporate governance, IP and music licensing, international expansion, securities and compliance. Build legal policies and playbooks, manage outside counsel across US, AU, UK, and MX, and advise leadership on SOC2/ISO, data privacy, and AI policy while supporting capital and corporate transactions.

The Supplier & Procurement Manager will oversee global procurement of hardware, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure performance frameworks are effective.

In this role, you'll serve as the primary HR partner for US teams, managing employee experience, recruitment, benefits administration, and designing HR processes. You'll provide guidance to senior leaders, translate strategy into action, and help develop a positive company culture and employer brand.
