Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Marketing and Sales Assistant to join our team. This role involves supporting sales and marketing endeavors to promote and sell work and get commissions for artist through client engagement, market research, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a passion for developing business relationships. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in the art community as well as gaining invaluable experience in sales.

Duties

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
  • Engage with clients and other partnerships
  • Organise and maintain customer databases, ensuring accurate records of interactions
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and sales presentations efficiently

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently
