Minimum Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and external partners.

  • Experience working in a health care or social assistance environment with knowledge of industry-specific regulations.
  • Certification in event planning or project management (e.g., CMP, PMP).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms to support event promotion.

  • Ensure compliance with health care industry regulations and organizational policies during all phases of event planning and execution.
  • Collaborate on marketing materials and promotional campaigns to maximize event attendance and engagement.
