Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient cardiology care including diagnostics, imaging overreads, cardiac procedures support, pacemaker management, and rehabilitation coordination. Participate in department development, quality improvement, education, research, and documentation; collaborate on discharge planning and appeals. Weekend rounding until noon required.

Lead and maintain quality, compliance, and audit programs across laboratory and radiology services. Oversee regulatory readiness, conduct audits and investigations, drive corrective actions, standardize quality practices, monitor performance metrics, and provide training to ensure patient safety and accreditation compliance across multiple diagnostic sites.

Provide comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and non-surgical management for patients with musculoskeletal, neurologic, and functional impairments. Develop individualized rehabilitation plans, perform/interprete EMGs and guided injections, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, supervise APPs as needed, document in EMR, and participate in quality improvement and team meetings to improve patient function and quality of life.

Lead day-to-day operations and scale FQHC clinic sites, ensuring HRSA compliance, financial performance, quality improvement, access, and patient experience. Oversee budgets, revenue cycle, UDS reporting, 340B oversight, and readiness for audits. Develop clinic leadership, drive multi-site expansion, partner cross-functionally, and use data to monitor KPIs and inform strategic decisions.

Lead and manage sales teams and execute acquisition strategies to drive revenue and market growth. Build and manage a pipeline of physician practice acquisition opportunities, negotiate and close deals, and partner with leadership, legal, and finance. Design and develop engaging e-learning and instructor-led training using ADDIE. Create courses, job aids, SOPs, videos, and blended learning; manage multiple projects, perform needs assessments, evaluate training effectiveness, and collaborate with SMEs and operational leaders.

Provide diagnostic imaging interpretation (X-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound) and perform a full range of interventional radiology procedures. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, consult with patients and referring providers, ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, and help grow IR/DR services and workflows.

Provide comprehensive prenatal, labor/delivery, and postnatal care to expectant mothers. Monitor health, manage obstetric emergencies, offer patient education and breastfeeding support, collaborate with physicians and care teams, maintain medical records, and coordinate referrals to ensure maternal and newborn well-being.
