About the Team

The Marketing Insights team at Nothing exists to bridge the gap between raw data and creative instinct. We don't just report numbers; we find the story within them to ensure every pound and euro we spend moves the needle. Currently, we’re tackling the challenge of building a holistic, privacy-first measurement framework that captures the true impact of our challenger-brand campaigns across a fragmented global landscape. We are moving away from surface-level metrics to focus on incrementality and first-party data strategy, ensuring our growth is as sharp and intentional as our product design.


What You'll Do

  • Shape the future of our marketing strategy by evaluating campaign performance to guide high-stakes decisions on global channel mix and investment.
  • Translate complex datasets into sharp, narrative-driven presentations that give our senior leadership a clear point of view on what’s working.
  • Embed data-led thinking across our London and regional offices, ensuring insights are at the heart of every marketing plan from day one.
  • Diagnose performance across media, social, and web analytics to pinpoint exactly why a campaign is flying or where we need to pivot.
  • Design and lead our learning agendas, running the tests that help us understand how our community interacts with the brand.
  • Take full ownership of the quality and consistency of our global reporting, ensuring we have one single, reliable source of truth.
  • Collaborate with regional leads to apply performance data to daily execution, making sure we scale our wins fast.

What We're Looking For

  • A track record in cross-channel media measurement where you have successfully navigated the nuances of paid, owned, and digital strategy.
  • A natural storyteller who can turn a spreadsheet into a compelling deck that influences business-critical decisions.
  • The drive to own the analytics space independently, moving fast to provide answers before the questions are even asked.
  • Deep experience building testing roadmaps that move beyond "best guesses" to proven, repeatable results.
  • A pragmatic approach to the tech stack, with high proficiency in Excel and the Google Marketing Platform (GA4, Campaign Manager).
  • High standards for excellence in visual communication, specifically using Looker Studio or Whatagraph to make data useful and accessible.
  • An open and curious mind that understands the digital landscape is changing and is ready to build better ways to measure success.

We believe the best work happens when we're together. -Location: London (Kings Cross & Farringdon offices). -Working Pattern: This is a full-time, in-office role (5 days a week). We move fast, and that means being physically present. We design flexibility around personal needs, but we focus on the magic that sparks when we’re all in the same room. Commute: We ask that you live within a 60-minute commute of your home office location.
