Overview:

The Marketing Intelligence Analyst is the named analytics partner for Mitel's commercial organization, working directly with regional revenue marketing leaders, sales operations, and field teams to deliver the dashboards, account data, and pipeline analytics that drive enterprise pipeline performance.

Reporting to the Director, Marketing Analytics, this is a hands-on role for an analyst who wants visible, high-impact work in a small, focused team.  The work is presented in regional QBRs, the audience is senior, and the role moves fast.

Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, and evolve regional marketing performance dashboards in Tableau, with a bi-weekly distribution cadence to regional commercial leaders.
  • Prepare proactive data packs for regional QBRs, executive partner summits, and strategic account reviews.
  • Execute contact role enrichment, title-to-role mapping, and account data hygiene against defined per-account standards for ABX target accounts.
  • Partner with sales and BDR teams to keep buying group data current through structured input loops.
  • Run campaign performance analysis, list builds, and pipeline contribution reporting.
  • Support the multi-touch attribution platform (CaliberMind) and 6sense Marketing Impact with data validation, accuracy reconciliation, and content engagement integration.
  • Translate dashboard data into clear, actionable narrative for regional leaders ("what to do about it," not just "what happened").
  • Continuously improve recurring analytics workflows using AI tools (Claude, CoPilot) to compress cycle time on repeatable tasks.
  • Maintain the data quality, documentation, and process discipline that keeps the analytics function trustworthy and inspectable.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years in marketing analytics, marketing operations, revenue operations, or a comparable analytics role in a B2B environment.
  • Hands-on fluency in Salesforce reporting and Tableau dashboard development; comfort working in a marketing automation platform such as Marketo.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into clear written narrative for non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented, self-managing, and able to maintain quality across recurring deliverables.
  • Fluent business English (written and spoken).  The working language for this team and its stakeholders.
  • Comfort using AI tools as a primary working tool for daily analytics work, executive-ready narrative, and cycle-time reduction.
  • Bachelor's degree, graduação or tecnólogo in marketing, analytics, business, statistics, computer science, or a related field.

Additional Skills (Advantageous):

  • Experience with an attribution platform (CaliberMind, Bizible, Dreamdata, or equivalent).
  • Experience with 6sense or a comparable intent platform.
  • Familiarity with content engagement and sales engagement tooling (Highspot or equivalent).
  • Experience supporting a sales or revenue marketing organization across multiple countries.
  • Bias toward simplicity and shared definitions over methodological sophistication.
  • Experience working in SaaS, telecommunications, or partner-channel-heavy B2B environments.
