About the role

We’re looking for someone who can go deep into performance data and help us improve ROI through sharper insights and faster decision-making. This role is highly execution-focused and will work closely with the performance marketing team on real-time tracking, dashboards, and optimization.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is data-driven, hands-on, and eager to learn how growth and performance marketing work at scale.

What you’ll do

Track and monitor performance marketing metrics on a daily basis

Build and maintain dashboards for real-time visibility into campaign performance

Analyse data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and optimisation opportunities

Work closely with marketing teams to support ROI, CAC, LTV, and ROAS optimisation

Translate raw data into clear, actionable insights for decision-making

What we’re looking for

Experience: 1–3 years in analytics, growth, performance marketing, or a similar role

Technical skills:

* Strong Excel skills (mandatory)

* Experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus

* Python knowledge is a strong plus

Domain understanding: Familiarity with performance marketing metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, funnels, and cohort analysis is highly preferred

Mindset:

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Comfortable working with numbers and large datasets

* Curious, hungry to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
