The Marketing Analyst supports communication and marketing activities, including agency and supplier coordination, customization of email and digital campaigns, social media content development, review of multilingual materials, support for physical and virtual events, and CRM compliance management.

This position reports to the Regional Marketing Manager and is part of the Leica Global Marketing team located in São Paulo /Capital and will be an on-site role.  

In this role, you will be responsable for, but not limited to:

  • Event & Sponsorship Management: Coordinate client meetings and corporate kickoffs, execute the tradeshow plan, and the annual sponsorship plan, ensuring flawless execution and alignment with business objectives.
  • Channel & Partner Marketing Support: Support channel partners by overseeing content sharing with distributors, ensuring alignment with global standards, and enabling co-lab marketing initiatives with partners.
  • Agency, Vendor & Budget Management: Manage relationships with agencies, suppliers, and partners (Digital Marketing and Events), with full responsibility for budget control, payments, accruals, compliance approvals, contracts, and vendor onboarding.
  • Campaigns & CRM Execution: Regionalize e-blasts and create, manage, and monitor marketing campaigns in SFDC (Salesforce), ensuring accurate tracking, execution, and performance analysis.
  • Content & Digital Marketing Execution: Support digital campaign execution, develop engaging social media content for events and marketing materials, and review, adapt, and localize content in Portuguese, English, and Spanish for websites, brochures, and global marketing collateral.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Professional Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Marketing within a B2B environment, with demonstrated involvement in supporting sales teams and channel partners through marketing initiatives.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Systems & Tools Proficiency: Proven experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce/SFDC, Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo or similar), including campaign creation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Event Management Experience: Hands-on experience in organizing and supporting congresses, tradeshows, and marketing events, including coordination with vendors, internal stakeholders, and channel partners.
  • Language Requirement: Advanced English required for meetings and conversations with global teams.

It would be a plus if you also possess Spanish language knowledge
