Position Overview  

This Marketing Analyst role directly aligns with our mission of "Leading people to achieve more, adapt, and thrive in their careers." By providing critical data-driven insights and optimizing our marketing strategies, this position empowers our healthcare education initiatives to reach and support more professionals. Your work will help drive the success of our programs, ensuring that healthcare professionals have the tools and resources they need to grow and excel in their careers. 


What You'll Do

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain marketing performance dashboards and reports to track key metrics and KPIs.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of campaign effectiveness, customer behavior, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development to align data-driven decisions with business goals.
  • Utilize statistical methods and predictive analytics to forecast trends and outcomes.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark our performance against industry standards.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in healthcare technology and education.

What You'll Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in the healthcare or ed-tech industry.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights clearly and actionably.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
