About the Team:

Capco’s Global Marketing Team delivers Capco’s strategic vision to drive new solutions, lead generation and talent acquisition in line with Capco’s Global business goals and objectives. Our global team of 25+ marketers include marketing strategists, designers, content produces, animators, digital SMEs and press and internal comms experts.

Our team partners with different functions across the business to generate creative and targeted local and global marketing campaigns, with an aim to increase brand awareness and consideration, influencing the bottom line through lead generation and maturation.

About the Job:

The Marketing Senior Analyst will join our team in the Americas and be accountable for marketing coordination and execution for initiatives in the US and Brazil as well as Capco’s Energy business for a four month part time contract. This person will work 20 hours per week. 

You will coordinate social media content, leadership blogs/whitepapers, marketing collateral, and external media placements distribution on Capco.com, social media, and email marketing to create an engaging experience for Capco clients and prospects.

The ideal candidate must be passionate, dedicated, engaging, energetic, have high integrity, excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to multi-task. They need to be adaptable and willing to dive in.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • Work with our business partners to prepare content for the web, social media and email marketing
  • Use your knowledge of social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Instagram, to prepare engaging social content
  • Support coordination of marketing campaigns as needed
  • Assist with marketing communications, including branding, social media, thought leadership blogs and whitepapers, conferences and events, marketing collateral, and website design
  • Assist with management of all creative requests from the business including project management with design, content writers, and third-party agencies
  • Collaborate with the team on a part time 20 hour week contract 

What You’ll Bring with You:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-3 years of full-time experience in marketing at a marketing or PR agency, high tech firm, financial services/banking institution, professional services, law firm, or similar organization
  • Experience coordinating social media, thought leadership, marketing collateral, website copy and event execution aspects, as well as project management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organized, dependable and able to coordinate and prioritize multiple workflows
  • Strong proofreading skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work with relatively little supervision
