Your Role: Own the Challenge
 

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the content and messaging of our brand communication within the Electrification business area – across all channels, from concept to execution. You will develop strategically sound content that enhances our brand and resonates with both B2B and B2C target groups. Contribute your creativity and copywriting skills as well as your organizational ability in day-to-day marketing operations.

  • Conceptualize, plan, and implement audience-specific content and communication strategies for various online and offline channels in both B2B and B2C contexts.

  • You will create compelling, concise, and on-brand copy for our website, social media, print materials, and internal communications.

  • You will manage our communication platforms, ensure a consistent brand presence, and collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.

  • You will contribute to a variety of marketing activities (e.g. event management, trade show planning, market research) and analyze content performance to continuously optimize our reach and engagement.

What it takes to Run what runs the world

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a comparable qualification

  • Several years of professional experience in content management and marketing communications, ideally in an industrial environment and in both B2B and B2C markets

  • Ability to translate complex topics into clear, creative, and audience-appropriate messaging

  • Proficient in German (C2) and fluent in English (minimum B2 level)

  • High level of creativity, initiative, and a keen sense for trends in communication and content

  • Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel

  • Team player with good communication skills for collaborating with internal departments and external partners

  • User of content management systems, social media tools, and Microsoft Office; experience in performance analysis is a plus

In accordance with the collective agreement for the electrical and electronics industry in Austria, the minimum salary for this position is € 50.000 gross per year as of May 2025. There is a clear willingness to offer compensation above the collectively agreed minimum salary, depending on qualifications and experience.
