About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven and motivated Insurance Marketer to join our Network Insurance team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for recruiting and contracting agents and agencies across the U.S. to represent and sell our Carrier’s Senior Health Insurance products. Your ability to build strong relationships, educate partners, and meet recruiting goals will directly impact our company’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage insurance agents/agencies nationwide via phone and email to promote Senior Health Insurance products.

  • Educate prospects on the value of our offerings and inspire them to become contracted partners.

  • Secure signed contracts to establish business relationships and drive sales performance.

  • Support contracted agents/agencies with onboarding, certification, and product ordering processes.

  • Consistently develop and manage relationships to enhance product sales.

  • Meet weekly recruiting and contracting targets and provide timely progress reporting.

  • Continuously improve industry knowledge, communication skills, and product expertise.

  • Collaborate with team members to handle agent service needs and questions.

  • Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Exceptional phone and communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email applications

  • Quick learner with the ability to understand and explain product and carrier differences

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented

  • Reliable with a consistent work ethic and commitment to hitting performance goals
