We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail oriented and curious individual to help us research companies in the U.S that could benefit from using You will be a part of the Go-To-Market and Sales Strategy Team, helping us prioritize sales leads to continue our impressive revenue growth. 
A successful Market Research Analyst candidate will be extremely fluent in English, detail-oriented, eager to do creative and manual company research, and comfortable with tools such as Microsoft Excel and Zoominfo.


  • Manually creating & reviewing lists containing sales leads for each market segment
  • Evaluate each sales lead to determine if they would likely become a customer
  • Research the size & characteristics of sales leads using multiple sources of information, including market reports and industry news



  • Excellent English (written & spoken) – Native English fluency is a plus
  • 2 years minimum of work experience (5 years maximum) – start up experience is a plus but not required
  • Extremely organized - the role will require you to multitask on various work streams and collaborate with other teammates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - we are a fully remote team, which makes communication especially critical
  • Technical -  experience in Salesforce or willingness to learn
  • Experience in Google Sheets and/or Excel is required – you will often be working with large amounts of information organized in tables
  • Curious & fast learner – you will research and understand different markets and how they would benefit from
  • Detail oriented - you will diligently create and review target lists of potential customers and share those with other teams at


  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM applications
  • Experience with Zoominfo or similar applications 
  • Experience in technology-based companies 
  • Experience working in a sales or sales-strategy organization (i.e. Sales Development Representative or Inside Sales Representative)
  • Management experience
