You will:
- Support the design and execution of research projects, including both quantitative and qualitative studies;
- Conduct standard data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights, using tools such as Excel, SPSS, or similar;
- Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations, translating data into clear, understandable findings;
- Take ownership of smaller tasks or project components, ensuring timely and accurate delivery;
- Learn and apply research methodologies and analytical techniques to grow expertise in data analytics, consumer and market insights.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data-focused roles, ideally in market or consumer research;
- Enthusiasm for working with data and uncovering insights that inform business decisions;
- Basic understanding of quantitative research methods, such as survey design or basic statistical analysis. Familiarity with qualitative techniques (interviews, focus groups) is a plus;
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to spot trends and interpret data meaningfully;
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (SPSS, R, Python);
- Good skills in Excel and PowerPoint and/or Power BI for data visualization and reporting;
- Strong communication skills to assist in creating clear and engaging reports or presentations;
- Proficiency in Lithuanian and English (spoken and written);
- Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in a related field (Statistics, Sociology, Psychology, Marketing, Economics, or similar);
- Eagerness to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, building knowledge in analytics, market research, and management consulting field.
