Scope of Work- Conduct in-depth research within assigned geographic markets
- Identify direct and indirect competitors
- Collect and verify competitor pricing structures, service packages, promotions, and value propositions
- Analyze competitor strengths, weaknesses, and market positioning
- Assess customer demand trends and pricing expectations
- Develop a pricing comparison matrix
- Provide a structured competitor analysis (SWOT or equivalent framework)
- Deliver strategic recommendations on pricing and positioning
- Present findings in a professional written report and/or slide deck
