Job Description:
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead end‑to‑end market research planning, design, execution, and interpretation across Ipsen China’s portfolio.
- Translate market research results into clear, actionable insights for strategy and forecasting.
- Track external environment, competitive pipelines, and partnership opportunities relevant to Ipsen China.
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive sales, disease/therapy, capability‑building, and induction training programs aligned with business and customer‑centric strategy.
- Lead field force training needs analysis and translate insights into annual training plans, curricula, and development roadmaps for field force and cross‑functional teams.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation by evaluating field force training effectiveness, integrating best practices, adopting new learning methods including AI and digital tools, and ensuring compliance with Ipsen governance and ethical standards.
- Manage external vendors and ensure quality. Ensure compliance with Ipsen SOPs and China regulations.
Requirment:
Knowledge & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech / healthcare industry experience. In-depth knowledge / experience in oncology, or rare diseases is preferred.
- 4+ years in commercial excellence function, e.g., market research, SFE, strategic planning and 1+ years in training, capability development, or field excellence.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, communication, and project management skills.
- Experience conducting field coaching and working with field teams.
- Ability to analyze performance and training data to generate insights and improvement plans.
- Fluent in Chinese and English; willingness to travel.
