In November 2022, Netflix launched an ad-supported tier, enabling the delivery of standard:15 and:30 ads. Since then, we've expanded our suite of advertising solutions and have grown our ad-supported monthly active user count to more than 80 million globally. We are now scaling capabilities that focus on live content, brand integrations, and other opportunities that allow brands to partner with us across an even wider Netflix footprint. Netflix is rapidly expanding its advertising business across Europe, bringing our ad-supported tier to new markets and growing our sales operations footprint across the region.
As our Ads program scales, we’re building out a team that will help steward and support our go-to-market strategy, specialising in Sales Operations.

What We're Looking For
We value skills and impact over credentials. We encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every criterion — what matters most is what you bring, not how you got there.
Substantial experience in advertising or advertising-related fields, with a background in Sales Operations (typically gained over 7+ years, though equivalent experience through non-traditional paths is equally valued)
Experience building and managing relationships with senior sales stakeholders at the country, regional, or agency level
Familiarity with the digital advertising landscape and agency or client-direct advertising sales models is a plus
Strong spreadsheet skills; SQL and data analytics experience is a plus; experience with automation and scalable tooling is a bonus
Demonstrated ability to take initiative and lead and influence decision-making, including in cross-functional settings where you don't have direct authority
Ability to collaborate effectively and actively incorporate diverse perspectives and experiences when making decisions
Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects efficiently
Proficiency in an additional European language (e.g., German, French, Italian, or Spanish) is a nice-to-have

Inclusion is a Netflix value and we strive to host a meaningful interview experience for all candidates. If you want an accommodation/adjustment for a disability or any other reason during the hiring process, please send a request to your recruiting partner.
We are an equal-opportunity employer and celebrate diversity, recognizing that diversity builds stronger teams. We approach diversity and inclusion seriously and thoughtfully.
