Job Description

3-5 years experience
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop outreach tactics to assist in recruiting customers and community support groups to participate in Home Energy Assessment programs.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business customer base.
- Integrate program offerings into customer operations to improve customer service and satisfaction.
- Perform event planning, coordination, and presentations of programs.
- Work to serve as a liaison between customers and the field team to enhance 
program satisfaction
- Work in cooperation with other energy efficiency programs to move 
projects forward and follow up on leads.
- Research the markets, accumulating data on businesses, and identifying the key allies to be targeted on behalf of the programs.
- Identify improvement barriers and critical information to the Program 
Manager.

- Work to support the program portfolio to support all program goals.
- Ensure continuous improvement of operations.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly activity reports and track 
progress towards program goals.

- All other duties as assigned
- Travel

Compensation Range

$50,755.00 - $74,400.00
