Role Title:  Market Operations Specialist (Project Based)

Location: Unilever RFM Ice Cream Office, Manggahan Industrial Park, Manggahan, Pasig City

Role Type:  Project-based (1 to 2 years)

BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE OF ROLE

This role is responsible for delivering the forecasted sales growth of the assigned category or business unit through control towering end-to-end sales operations while partnering with internal teams (Customer Business Development, Customer Strategy and Planning, Brand Marketing and Customer Operations Group – Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Customer Experience).

JOB SUMMARY

This role will handle Market Operations, in which he/she needs to:

  • Deliver end to end operational excellence and efficiencies via process intervention and project management
  • Manage current processes and automated systems for more efficient delivery of category topline and bottomline targets
  • Culls data across several internal resources for KPI tracking purposes

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree holder; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales/marketing
  • Amenable for a project based role for 1 to 2 years
  • Well-equipped with process automation and data set-up, preferably in MS Excel
  • Process mindset - can spot gaps and propose actions to continuously improve end to end process while balancing stakeholder needs
  • Ability to manipulate and analyse complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying source
  • Strong partnering mindset and ability to work together with internal teams
  • Should be a team player and possesses a professional and mature demeanor
