🔎We are looking for our new "Market Manager" to work with us in Angola.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be:
- managing distributors by closely monitoring the market and increasing the market share through different distribution channels (traditional and modern),
- aligning with distributors in ensuring sufficient level of stocks in line with the sales targets,
- supporting the distributors in analyzing customer requirements and ensuring an effective communication,
- understanding the local needs, collecting critical and relevant product data to benchmark and understand with the Baking Center™,
- identifying and developing the sales activities,
- providing tailor-made solutions to the customer needs,
- supporting the craft customers in simple baking issues and guiding the technical team for a continuous support,
- collaborating with other teams in forecast planning, budget preparations.
If you:
- have solid 10 years of sales experience in Angola, preferably in food or FMCG industries,
- are open minded and autonomous,
- reflect good interpersonal relations, and build strong relationships with different partners (distributors and customers)
- own an innovative mindset with a strong desire to achieve,
- are self-motivated, diplomatic, energetic, strong ability to convince
- are proficient in MS Office,
