Using advanced metals chemistry, you’ll help tackle the world’s biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life-saving technologies - by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future. 

The role: 

As a Market Intelligence Manager, you will help drive our goals by: 

  • Leading market intelligence, market sizing and forecasting activities to identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision-making. 

  • Analysing commercial performance, market share and customer trends to highlight risks, opportunities and performance gaps. 

  • Developing actionable customer and segment insights that support account planning, portfolio priorities and revenue growth. 

  • Creating dashboards, scorecards and reporting tools that improve visibility of key commercial metrics and business performance. 

  • Partnering with Sales, Finance, Strategy, Product Management and Marketing teams to embed insights into planning and forecasting. 

  • Mentoring analysts and promoting best practices in market research, commercial analysis and continuous improvement. 

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role: 

  • Degree in Marketing, R&D or a related discipline with significant experience in market research, analytics or commercial insights. 

  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations. 

  • Experience developing market models, forecasts and performance analysis to support strategic decisions. 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across global, cross-functional teams. 

  • Ability to anticipate market developments and assess competitive scenarios to support business planning. 

  • Experience coaching colleagues and building effective working relationships across all organisational levels.
