Skills Required
- 5+ years building relationships in the local market
- Established network of real estate agents, lenders, or title/escrow partners (or one intro away)
- Ability to convert relationships into real business and revenue
- Active social media presence and comfort building online community and content
- Familiarity with and willingness to use AI tools to accelerate work
- Competitive, entrepreneurial mindset and self-motivated to build personal brand
- Willingness to follow a provided outreach playbook and participate in weekly coaching
