Skills Required
- Comfortable with proactive outreach via phone, email, text, and in-person
- Relationship-building with real estate agents and partners
- Maintain organized pipeline and use internal tools and frameworks
- Participation in training, coaching, and team meetings and apply feedback
- Availability for standard Monday-Friday business hours with occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends
- Strong communication, professionalism, consistency, and accountability
- Prior sales or real estate experience
